Whenever you start to stress, and your life is feeling like a hopeless mess, these little worry dolls can help to share the doubt. Just take each one into your hands and tell it a single worry,

Each worry doll is under 5cm tall and is supplied with a little fabric drawstring bag and leaflet:

“Worry dolls (also called trouble dolls; in Spanish, Muneca quitapena) are small, hand-made dolls that originate from Guatemala. According to legend, Guatemalan children tell their worries to the Worry Dolls, placing them under their pillow when they go to bed at night.
