Return and Refund Policy

We try to use reused and recycled packaging whenever possible to reduce waste.

Damaged Goods
Notifications of damaged goods must be made within 7 days of receipt. They then must be returned to me. Where possible items will be repaired or recrafted, however, where refunds owing to damaged goods are due these will be made within 7 days of receipt of the damaged item. Refunds will only be made for goods that were damaged prior to or during delivery to the customer.

Other Returns
A return period of 7 days applies to all orders, during which an order may be returned following notification to me. Goods returned under this clause must be sent via a recorded service, and all costs incurred returning orders must be met by the customer.

Personalised items are not included in the returns policy unless damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will try and help any way we can.
