The Buddleia was introduced to British soil in the late 19th Century, it represents new beginnings, rebirth, and resurrection.  Often growing out of ruins, train tracks, and old abandoned buildings; it can break up any soil it finds; after World War II it gained the nickname of “bombsite bush” as it rose out of the rubble to welcome butterflies and bees and new beginnings.

11oz mug, both dishwasher and microwave safe, though these may cause it to fade.
